Your Are Entitled to Bring Your Vehicle to the Shop of Your Choice

1.

Call the police if needed.

2.

DO NOT sign any papers at the scene of the accident except for towing bill.

3.

Call your insurance company and/or agent.

4.

Secure your vehicle's value and your future safety by repairing it professionally.

5.

DO NOT drive a car that has become unsafe by damages from an accident.

6.

Some insurance companies ask you to go to their drive-in claims center; however, the choice is yours and you can choose to leave your vehicle at your collision repair shop and ask the insurance company to inspect it there.

7. It's your right to go to the repair shop of your choice. There is no insurance company that can require you to go to a particular shop.
8. While difference in repair estimates are normal, we at Circle Collision Center encourage you to remember that the low estimates may not take into account all the work necessary. The best bet to settle questions of variations in estimates is to ask each shop manager or owner to explain, in step by step detail, the full nature of the repairs and how they will be carried out.
9. Pick a repair facility that has Unibody repair equipment and is staffed with Certified Technicians.
10. Determine if the repair shop you are dealing with uses original manufacturer's parts as the replacement parts for your car.
11. Ask about lifetime repair warranties
12. MOST IMPORTANTLY, once you have chosen your auto body expert, let that expert work with you during your negotiations with your insurance company.
