Your Are Entitled to Bring Your Vehicle
to the Shop of Your Choice
Important: Do not let the tow truck driver persuade you to go to one of his "friend's" or his "brother's" body shop. They will tell you anything at that crucial moment when you are upset and confused. It is a known fact in the industry that tow truck drivers get a hefty " finder's fee" for shop recommendations.
Remember:Tow Truck operators tow vehicles for a living.
Auto body shops repair vehicles for a living.

the full nature of the repairs and how they
will be carried out.

work with you during your negotiations with
your insurance company.
